Call Monitoring Officer

We are actively seeking an experienced Call Monitoring Officer to join a growing company based in Bury, Manchester

The duties for this role are as follows:

• Listen to, review and score calls of the customer service advisors
• Ensuring leads meet agreed standards
• Identifying trends
• Check all sales agents stay within regulations and guidelines
• Checking all calls meeting quality ad compliance guidelines
• Communicating effectively with colleagues and managers
• Providing feedback
• Working on a high volume of calls each day

To be considered for this role you must be able demonstare experiance in the following areas:

• Must have proven experience within a similar call checking role
• Ability to listen attentively
• Computer literate
• Great attention to detail
• Able to work to deadlines
• Aware of GDPR
• Able to assess quality in line with regulations

Permanent/ Full Time

Hour of work Monday to Friday 10:00am to 4:00 pm
