Phlebotomist - Sample Collector 

Monday - Friday 

Our client is actively seeking a number of professionals to join their supportive sample collection network and become a valued member working within their expanding company.

This role is suited to a trained nurse or phlebotomist or an experienced sample collector. The ability and confidence to work alone is essential.

Duties to include:

• Collection of biological samples from sample donors, including mouth swabs, hair, blood and urine

• Visiting client premises and donor homes by appointment

• Nursing qualification desirable

• Phlebotomy qualification and skills essential – all other training provided

• Experience of chain of custody procedures desirable

• Completion of all relevant documentation

• Attention to detail and ability to complete paperwork without errors

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Excellent customer interaction skills required

• Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively

• Maintain confidentiality

• Awareness of hygiene techniques

• Own car & full UK driving licence essential - role requires travel throughout local area

• Must have a good working knowledge of IT systems including Word, Excel, Outlook
